We know it's important to know how much you are going to spend for a service call. In fact I will leave a site if they don't tell me, I do not need to call and be put through a hard sell just to find out how much it is going to cost. Here are our rates and some information on some of our competitors:

So now you probably want to know what our competition charges. I have seen rates from $75/Hr. all the way to $200/Hr. in the DC Metro Area. Please remember that for some techs a repair could take a couple of hours while for others it can take minutes. So in some cases a $75/Hr tech can cost more than a $200/Hr. tech. We post our testimonials so you can see what others are saying about us. Some of our competition are very skilled and others I would stay away from. We do not try to upsell anything. If we see something you should be aware of, we will tell you and in most cases give you multiple options. We leave it up to you to decide what is best for your budget.
